Solid concrete core with a warm exterior facade – an intelligent and aesthetic combination of steel-reinforced concrete and wood structures.

Pre-fabricated elements were mounted to a previously existing solid concrete structure.
The construction had to be designed to accommodate the tolerances of the solid concrete structure.

The pre-fabricated elements were mounted to the existing construction instead of being built from scratch on site.

The solid concrete structure is boxed into a traditional wood frame structure.

Sophisticated architecture, a highly insulated building facade and 100% compliance with user needs – job done!

Combining steel-reinforced concrete in the warm areas and wood structures in areas where cold and warm temperatures interface is a highly effective design solution for certain construction projects.
